The John Jacob Astor Estate, named after our founder John Jacob Astor IV, is our presidential villa and the largest estate on the island, as well as the largest three-bedroom overwater villa in the Maldives. The John Jacob Astor Estate has a private gym, cinema room, and spa suites attached to each of the bedrooms, as well as three staff quarters, a 92-sqm infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and two plunge pools. It can accommodate up to 12 people and features a fully equipped kitchen.
